Project Summary
Create an invitation to a company sponsored event designed to be emailed with a hyperlink for RSVP responses. Size of graphic is to be easily read in the viewing pane of Windows Outlook and print on one page.
Management
Gather event data from lead host and translate the information to the graphic designer giving guidance yet freedom for layout creativity. A branded image is enforced. Do beta testing through blast system to ensure functionality and display are correct.

The invitation designs are often done in color tones to reflect HFF’s brand but utilize images that relate directly to the event.
